To change your password enter your user id (e-mail address) below.
We will send you an e-mail with a link - please follow that link to complete the process.
Once the password reset process is complete LifeAware will not work correctly until the password is updated on your device.
To update the password on the phone follow these instructions:
- From the LifeAware main page press the "Menu" button on the phone
- Tap on "More"
- Tap on "Settings"
- Tap on "Login Information"
- Update your password in the password field
- Tap on "Save"
